Varadaraja Perumal Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to
Lord Vishnu located at Melakasakudy near Nedungadu in Karaikal District of
Union Territory of Puducherry, India. This Temple is believed to be belong to
the 12th century. This temple is protected by the state authorities
as an ancient monument. The interiors and exteriors of this temple have
beautiful stone carvings that enhance the beauty of the monument. The Vaikunda
Ekadesi and Masi Magam festivals celebrated in this temple attract several
hundred devotees from the surrounding villages.
The Temple is located adjacent to Melakasakudy Bus Stop.
